What the implementation sprint includes
We establish a baseline checklist and an agreed priority list. Work can cover crawler access, indexing and sitemap checks; clearer business information; relevant structured data; internal links on priority pages; and Search Console and analytics configuration checks.
The output is an implemented-change log, verification results and a remaining backlog. Six hours is the delivery limit, so work follows the agreed priority order. The page and template limits are additional boundaries, rather than a promise to repair every issue on those pages.
WordPress, Shopify and Webflow support
The standard package supports existing WordPress, Shopify and Webflow sites with suitable access. You supply an authorised point of contact, approved business facts and access to the relevant website tools. Changes requiring your approval wait for it.
Custom applications, complex integrations, rebuilds and migrations need a separate scope. New content is not included in the Setup Sprint; the Content Pack or a managed plan covers writing.
What an AI-ready website should make clear
A buyer should be able to understand what you sell, who it is for, what it costs and how to take the next step. Important information should be available as text, with useful links between related pages. Structured data should describe the information actually on the page.
Google states that its normal SEO foundations apply to AI Overviews and AI Mode, with no special AI schema or new machine-readable file required. We therefore prioritise accessible, accurate pages over adding files or markup without a clear purpose. Read Google's guidance.
Timeline and audit credit
Delivery is within ten business days after the complete brief, approved facts and required access are received. Waiting for inputs or approval pauses the affected clock. We document anything that remains beyond the sprint limits.
An eligible single-market audit payment can be credited once within thirty calendar days for the same brand, website, target country and currency. If ongoing technical work and content are needed, compare a monthly plan instead.

Is the Setup Sprint an unlimited website repair service?
No. It is six implementation hours across up to five existing pages and one template. Work follows agreed priorities; the change log records remaining work outside the purchased time.
When does the sprint start and finish?
Complete brief, approved facts and suitable access start the ten-business-day delivery clock. Client waiting time pauses the clock. WordPress, Shopify and Webflow are supported for standard implementation.
