AEO Mint is a service brand of K2R2 Brands Private Limited, Mumbai, India. Our contact is info@aeomint.com. We provide research, content, website improvements and reporting for answer engine optimisation and generative engine optimisation.
Online payments are disabled. A website enquiry is a request for information: it does not place an order, create a subscription or authorise a charge. A paid engagement starts only after we accept the scope, confirm the total and you authorise the agreed payment arrangement.
Package scope and additional work
The package description and written order confirmation define quantities, technical hours, supported markets and exclusions. Unless a package expressly states otherwise, scope covers one brand, one website and one target country, with content in English. New pages are up to 1,000 words, refreshes up to 500 changed words, with one consolidated revision round per page.
We agree priorities within the purchased technical hours. Complex custom platforms, extra languages, additional brands or markets and third-party placement fees require a separate scope. No additional work or fees are added without your agreement. If a specific written scope changes these standard terms, the agreed change applies to that engagement, subject to applicable law.
Prices, currency and taxes
India-billed customers use INR; customers billed outside India use USD. Currency eligibility follows billing country, not the target market or your IP address. Prices exclude applicable taxes. We confirm the applicable currency, taxes and complete total before any future payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange or cross-border charges.
The first payment covers the first service month for a monthly package or the complete one-time package. Monthly packages have no minimum contractual term. A three-month evaluation is a recommendation, not a lock-in. See cancellation and refund rules.
Onboarding, delivery and client approvals
Delivery starts after the engagement is accepted and paid, and we receive a complete brief, approved source facts and required access. Waiting for client inputs or approval pauses the delivery clock. Our delivery policy lists package milestones.
You must have authority to share supplied materials and grant access. Provide accurate facts, review drafts and obtain qualified review of regulated, legal, medical or financial claims where relevant. We publish content or changes only with the agreed approval and access. Content Pack publishing is not included. Review-response drafts require client approval and publication.
Use secure access invitations with only necessary permissions. Do not email passwords or payment credentials. Platform restrictions, account verification and third-party review may affect what can be completed; we will explain blockers and agree next steps.
Monthly renewal and allowances
Once recurring payments are enabled and separately authorised, the first renewal is one calendar month after complete onboarding, with monthly renewal thereafter. There are no recurring charges before onboarding is complete. The exact renewal date will be confirmed in writing. We will provide the applicable renewal and cancellation instructions before recurring billing starts.
Cancel before the next renewal to stop future billing; the current paid service cycle continues. Monthly allowances reset each cycle. Work delayed by AEO Mint carries forward without extra charge. Customer-approved drafts awaiting publication remain available for later publication.
Deliverables, source material and confidentiality
You retain ownership of your existing brand materials and data. After payment for agreed deliverables, you may use and publish the final content and reports for your business. Our reusable methods, templates and tools remain ours; third-party material stays subject to its own rights. We do not promise exclusive ownership of general ideas, factual research or reusable methods.
We use non-public project information for the agreed service and restrict access to those who need it to deliver or administer the engagement. Sharing client work publicly as a case study requires permission. Personal information is handled under our privacy policy.
AI visibility and service limitations
AI answers, citations and search results change across platforms, dates, locations and user contexts. We do not guarantee mentions, citations, rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Reports describe sampled observations using our measurement method. Outreach pitches do not guarantee acceptance or paid placements.
These outcome limitations do not remove our obligation to deliver the agreed scope or any non-excludable customer rights. If we cannot accept or fulfil that scope, the unstarted order or undelivered portion is refundable as applicable.
Questions, concerns and applicable rights
For a scope dispute, service concern or cancellation, email info@aeomint.com with your order or enquiry reference and the relevant details. We will review the issue against the agreed scope and applicable rights. Indian law applies to our operation, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these published terms apply to future engagements. An existing order remains governed by the terms and specific scope agreed when it was accepted, unless we both agree otherwise or a change is required by law.
