Information we collect and why
When you send a package enquiry, we receive the selected package and currency, your name, work email, business name, website, billing country, target country and any platform, business category or notes you provide. We use these details to assess fit, discuss the scope and reply. Your form consent records permission to respond; it is not consent to unrelated marketing.
If you later engage us, we may need billing details, approved business facts, project files and limited access to the tools required for the agreed scope. We explain the required access during onboarding. Do not put passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.
Our hosting and security systems process technical request information, such as IP address, browser and request metadata, to operate the website and prevent abuse. The enquiry backend uses a salted hash of network and submission information, timestamps and provider references for rate limiting and duplicate protection. Its database does not store the full enquiry message.
Email and service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site and operates the enquiry backend and incoming email forwarding. Resend processes outgoing enquiry emails. Enquiries addressed to info@aeomint.com are forwarded to our designated business response mailbox. Authorised people handling your request can access these emails.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity process device, browser and usage information. Providers may process information in countries outside your own under their applicable terms and safeguards. We do not sell enquiry details or send form contents to analytics tools.

Cookies, local storage and your choices
You can decline optional analytics and still use the website and send an enquiry. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you select Allow analytics. Advertising consent, Google signals and ad personalisation stay off. A recognised Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal disables optional analytics.
Google Analytics measures page visits and a successful enquiry event with its package identifier and listed currency. That event is sent only after our email service accepts the submission, and does not mean the email has been read. We do not send your form fields, enquiry reference, purchase value or revenue in that event. Page URLs and referrers are sent without query strings.
Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings on public content and pricing pages. It is excluded from the enquiry and checkout paths, including the enquiry form, review and confirmation.
We use local storage to remember your analytics choice. Cloudflare's country-level request information helps us display INR in India and USD elsewhere; your billing country confirms the checkout currency. Pricing does not require browser location access or a saved currency preference. The consent preference has a 180-day validity period. Session storage helps prevent duplicate enquiry analytics events during your session. Optional analytics providers may use cookies once you consent.
Use in the footer or here to change your choice. Withdrawing consent reloads the page, stops future optional analytics loading and removes recognised first-party analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not delete information already received by a provider. Your browser settings also let you clear cookies and site storage. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which can receive technical request metadata when your browser requests them.
How long information is kept
The enquiry database's duplicate-protection records become eligible for deletion after 24 hours and rate-limit attempt records after one hour. Cleanup runs during submissions and on an hourly schedule, so deletion may occur at the next cleanup. These limits apply to the backend records, not to enquiry emails.
We keep enquiry emails and project correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver services, manage disputes and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Email providers and hosting systems have their own retention arrangements. We do not promise that an enquiry email disappears after 24 hours.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Email info@aeomint.com from the address used for your enquiry to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw permission for optional communications, or raise a privacy concern. Describe the request without attaching identity documents. We may ask for proportionate verification and explain any records we must retain or limits imposed by applicable law.
Use a business contact's information only if you are authorised to share it. Our services are directed at businesses, not children. If a child's information has been submitted, contact us to arrange its removal where applicable.
Payments and policy changes
Online payments are currently disabled. The website does not collect card or bank details. Before enabling checkout, we will identify the payment provider and update the relevant disclosures. We may update this policy as our services or processing change; the update date appears above.
