When the delivery clock starts
Delivery starts after your engagement is accepted and paid, and we receive the complete brief, approved source facts and required access. Waiting for your inputs or approval pauses the clock. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays observed by our Mumbai team. We confirm project dates and blockers during onboarding.
At present, online payments are disabled and an enquiry alone does not start the delivery clock.

How you receive the work
Reports, evidence links and ready-to-publish drafts are shared digitally by email or an agreed shared workspace. Website changes are made on your agreed platform using authorised access, with an implemented-change log or verification summary where included in the package.
We publish managed-plan content only after approval and with the required access. Content Pack includes drafts, metadata and internal-link recommendations; you publish the content. The Local Visibility add-on requires a managed plan and an existing verified Google Business Profile; posts are published after approval and review replies are provided as drafts for you to approve and publish.
Revisions, delays and scope changes
One consolidated revision round per page is included under the standard scope. Managed-plan and Content Pack revisions are due within three business days after consolidated feedback. Managed-plan publication is due within three business days after approval, once access is available.
We explain access, fact-checking and approval blockers in project updates. If AEO Mint delays included monthly work, it carries forward without extra charge. If we cannot fulfil an agreed scope, our refund policy applies. Additional pages, revisions or platform work require your agreement before additional fees are incurred.
Delivery support
